Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
